Off the Balearics
Flat calm after dark, so we motored. Around midnight a pod found the bow wave and stayed for an hour, trails of green light streaming off their backs.
Nobody wanted to go below.
Port-Vendres, France
The lines are off and Redsky is finally pointed at open water. Months of provisioning, fixing, and second-guessing are behind us. The forecast is kind for the first few days down the Spanish coast.
This little logbook is where I’ll drop the short updates that don’t fit a photo caption - the weather, the night watches, the small repairs. Photos and clips go up on Instagram. Our position is live on the map above.
